Hi BB;

Just a quick note to clarify this. OTR is actually 100% SA owned and operated. Peregrine Corporation and Shahin Enterprises incorporates multiple businesses including many more food outlets, horticulture and transport and like many other medium-large businesses realestate is a large portion.

At Mobil's collapse OTR bought 70% of Mobil sites while 7/11 bought the rest. OTR has bought s number of independent sites over the years and has taken on a few BP "wild bean" sites aswell. It is important to note however that the ACCC is always involved in acquisitions like this and while I cannot state with all certainty I believe it would be illegal for any one company to own 60% of the fuel market (OTR is no-where near this figure).

Very few people know this but the Shahin family actually pump a LOT of money into domestic and international charities every year.

In 2010 this group actually donated to me an entire days use of the carwash and allowed me to sell drinks and food from the carpark of one of their sites to raise money for the restoration and donation of a 1996 Ssanyong Musso to a family who lost everything in the floods in Toowoomba.

The business and therefore money this company brings into the SA economy is 100% needed and part of bringing Australia back to what we all want it to be. More understanding about how this company operates would make all South Australian's proud.

Pete.
