Well now Hazelwood has shut down, reducing Victorias power supply by a mere 25%, If we don't need that extra 25% now then why were we producing it in the first place? Oh I forgot we are all using LED's so we don't need the extra power. Oh sorry that doesn't add up because we have 2000 people a week moving into Meld, I guess they need power? Think I might be investing in a generator. I hope SA doesn't need any extra power. And as for the Snowy Hydro scheme producing clean power, something that doesn't get told is that they pump the water back up into the dams during the night using cheap rate coal fired power from Victoria and sell it back at a premium rate the following day spruking that it is clean Hydro power
