Speedy, we all know there is always a loss factor in trying to achieve perpetual energy, but this is not about saving energy or conserving the environment. The Snowy commission is making a good quid for doing nothing apart from buying cheap coal fired power from Victoria, to pump their water back up to resell it back the next day to the consumer at a much higher rate. There is an old saying "business is business" and that is all it is, nothing to do with saving the planet
