Thanks Bob yes it has got me very shirty in fact it is now back in the shed and it can sit and wait till whenever now.I just don't like working on those carby's give me a 3F carby any day. I'll fix it with a smile.I just think they are such fiddly things.I don't think I'm upset with the mower just the bloody carby. Especially after rebuilding 3 off them.I guess the biggest problem is is lack of experience with these carby's.I don't know I might get it right one day.When I'm ready to tackle it again I certainly will run through your list and check of as I go.Maybe tomorrow it will come out and be looked at again.I do feel better getting it of my chest.After all I'm not a quitter (when hopefully one day soon I will with smoking)so I know Goliath will run again.Just sooner rather than later.
