Thanks for that Rob,there is some good advice there.I think I may have solved the carby problems for now.I have a victa corsair that I but in another post as I can't decide to fix or wreck.I think for now it will lose it's carby as I just looked at it.It has the same carby as the one on the twin.It is in much better condition so I think for now at least the twin gets that.Yes I do believe you are right the catcher.It is in fantastic condition,with only two very small cracks.The plates inside have no rust.I wonder if it was a replacement catcher as it is still very clean.I was president in getting one with a catcher.Plenty without but lets face it, it does seem to be the hardest part to find.
