Haven't dealt with 4 stroke GMC like your one, but my 2 stroke 850w has a viton tip needle
Being a fairly generic OHV chonda you would think the needles would be similar
I have also got decent mileage out of GMC - as has a friend with a GMC half crank trimmer (weedeater featherlite engine) who has used it 15 years now and it only got its first service in 2018 (along with an ignition coil and starter repair shortly after (ie - would have been uneconomical to repair)
