this is the sleve it is 25 OD and 22 ID, The Honda shaft is 25 and then steps down to 22 for the boss. Do you recognize the blade carrier, I think it is Masport? If the sleve is good for you what do you suggest we do with it, I'm not paying $8 for Aus Post to rip us blind.
loooks like a masport quad cut carrier. and ive got a couple of questions on it if you dont mind. how thick is the steel its pressed from? whats the size of the centre hole? and how high do the blades sit relative to the height of the shaft mounting point?
been looking at adapting a pair onto my 40" murray ride on cos bar blades suck. i had semi successfully adapted a set of victa mulching discs with trimmed super 24 blades but the pressed profile of the victa disc lowered the blade height below the edge of the deck resulting in bad scalping on any sort of bump. basically looking for a carrier and swing blade setup that is as close to flat as possible to keep blade height near to std as possible, and ideally as close to 512mm dia as possible( masport 20 quad cut lists as 515mm)
