Wow thanks, I never knew that someone else would have had one made or even better that it was made so as to suit a batch of engines to a boss that was a current production item.

I think you'll find that all the GXV-160's had a 25mm output shaft diameter if it was fitted to a Honda originally. It seems only when the Honda engines were made for OEM fitment for third parties such as Victa etc. that they made them with the same size shaft as their competition, such as Briggs etc.
