Thanks everyone.
So I just called Victa to try to get some answers. Apparently, technical bulletins are released for each model/engine to provide information on the default carburettor configuration for the system in question. The documentation is available through service centres (Victa Gold Dealers). That said, the configuration is entirely open to change based on the users preference of governing speed. One thing to note is that they wanted to ensure that on initial startup the engine didn't rev right up, so components in the carburettor are setup to not rev so high from the factory. Also, the poppet valve setting for this model should be AC.
Further to this, I was informed that the universal carburettor kit is a current part and stands as a retrofit for all previous powertorque engines. Another retrofit is the muffler. The agent told me that there is a single part number available if you want a replacement muffler for all powertorque models.
Yes, the chassis is all alloy and it looks magnificent. I will say though, I actually had to retap some of the holes because the paint/powder coating had run into them.
Next, and before using it, I want to change the blade disc, and I'm considering changing the bolts to stainless bolts. I have a self drive version of this mower and haven't used it because while changing some components, rusted bolts broke off and I have spent the entire time with the mower trying to remove those bolts without needing to drill out and retap the holes lol. If I can get stainless bolts and avoid that, I'm going to haha.
Cheers everyone,
