nice blue spark still ? as soon as it cuts out , you fitted a new condenser if i remember ? if not maybe a good time to replace it now . im not sure if the base gasket will do the same thing and i know it is tight too , never had a problem like this before so now it will be intersting to really find out what it is and why you did all seals to top and bottom ? seems strange it blew the head gasket so fast easy to see it hadnt done any work yet, try the old plug out of the other machine if you havnt yet , i know it worked it cut foot high out the back for 30 mins the same day
