Turns out it is a Victa!
The seller bloke looked all over and found a number plate saying no more than
"16" Electric Mower"
"Made under commission-Victa Mower Company"
"Made In Australia"
However, The machine went to scrap this morning unfortuneately. He said he never got my last email telling him I meant to buy it.
