I would have said the base was very close,as is the over all design in many ways...But a VICTA? Hardly,Not in The US. A design copied more than likely,and Similarly looks like a VICTA..But one truth in my opinion is for certain,it is very unusual in design to American styled mowers of this period. Over all I think A very close and probably coincidental likeness:)
