Ok so what you have is a briggs and stratton 4 stroke smile

Straight fuel goes in the cap under the red circle.

SAE30 engine oil goes in the little screw in dipstick in the yellow circle.

If all the oil is drained these engines take 600ml from empty, check the oil level against the markers on the dipstick add some oil little by little until it is on the full mark, try your best not to overfill it.

I just read your pm that you are from wagga area, if your ever over this way let me know and I can fix it up for you, provided the engine itself is okay it shouldnt take very long in the workshop and will be inexpensive.
