It is a big problem.

The fuel is metered to get the correct mixture.
1 millilitre in every 50 is oil instead of fuel. Or 1 in 25.
So the motor is running lean.

And to just vary the mixture from 50:1 to 25:1 makes a blow your motor up difference on a motorbike. So I do not get why they would advise that for a motor mower. Perhaps they are not jetted that accurately (rich on the side of caution) and they do it to make money out of oil companies.


2 stroke fuel in a fourstroke is wrong.


435 masport means nothing. It could be anything. A picture would be real handy.

I do believe that i have a 435 here with a Briggs 2 stroke on it. The later ones of them where a 5hp.
