I do not know of any vehicle or machine that has a fuse in the main power wire from the battery to the starter motor. Perhaps a shut off but not a fuse.
It is a wire that is well insulated and routed for just this reason.
On something like what you say, i would guess it could be 40amps or more.
It is common to have fuses in the other wiring or power feeds. Say the wire that powers the solenoid. It should not draw much at all.
