I don;t have a picture as yet (I'll get one first thing in the morning) but I have uploaded a video of when I was cleaning out the gunk and the operation of the gearing before I took the chains out (I didn't touch any of the gears themselves). If you view the video
Movie Around the 5 second mark you'll see how the bottom gear worked. That gate thing that slides on the bottom won't slide any more, even though I've cleaned it out and re lubed it. Even if I can manually move it along, I can't use the lever to slide the part.
