As to your wheel problem the clutch system is a DOG type and you will have to turn the wheels until it drops in. The large pulley near the motor operates both the Tynes and the wheels.

1.Have you got the top cover off(the one under the motor).

2.You need to look at the chains as you have three that are on the shaft that drives both wheels & tynes as some times they jump if the bushes are worn on that shaft.

Can you load a picture when you have the cover off using image shack.
