Hi BB, I haven't made a claim yet as when I look it up it is claimed to be still in transit and I can't lodge a claim till the 16th. Only other way I could try would be to ring ebay but I guess they will refer me back to the fact it is still in transit. When I last looked up the seller a few days ago he was still rated as an ebay top seller.
