I have a talon yard falcon here its a 4 stroke talon motor an what would be causing the spark plug to keep fouling?? Any help or suggestion would be good.

Probably the same as all the other talons I have had, either a blocked air filter or the rings are shot, most times the rings are shot.

Ok ill try the air filter n if its the rings is there anything u can do to minimise it or is it no good
