Forget about finding the manufacturer of Roto-Hoe. They filed bankruptcy several years ago. The dealers first were not able to get parts and then the company shut down. I posted on this BB 2 years ago looking for parts. After several days of research I became confident that the only way I would be able to find parts would be a pure stroke of luck.
