hello bruce
is this correct if i open the H needle rich then close it
to where it revs the highest then open the h needle 1/4 of a turn?

Tommy, I would bottom the H screw and back off 1 & 1/4 turns and set from there. If you check using the search tap on the board and type in mixture it will bring up all the settings that I have answered in the past (this will be quicker than waiting for me to answer).
