hi bruce
i have a power torque engine that i have rebuilt, it runs fine but is not idling quite low enough . i have read in the forums about the poppet marked a b c lined up with the spray port, but another carbie topic says lined up with the cut out, i dont fully understand this. i could have the poppet in the wrong place as its just idling a bit to high. could you please help me with a diagram or a bit of info . nothing seems out of place with the throttle cable or anything like that so its probably something i've done thanks micka

I can help here it's pretty simple. And I know this Topic is Few weeks Old but it will help others out too.

Line up the Poppet Valve angle line up to the marked hole and make sure the Marked C on the Poppet Valve is line up to the spray-Porthole. Carefully with your index-finger, assemble the parts carefully and make sure the Throttle cable bead is in place freely. Make sure the Throttle cable is nicely running without jams and stickyness. While assemble the LM Carburetor parts, Make sure the Marked C is still in place to the Spray Porthole, If not Re-angle line again before you put the Diaphragm on it. From there on you should have the mower running at a good idle without any probs.

Regards
David.
