Pulled out an old mower I had in queue to clean up, just trying to find a parts list for it. I looked in the manuals section, got a few PDFs for Power Torque engines, though couldn't find a parts list, not am I sure which 'cc' variant it is... I think it might be 160cc
Quick search, it looks like a Power Torque engine, #EN72804Z stamped on the block. At this stage, I'm looking to replace the head gasket, but having not much luck looking for one based on the EN72804Z number. I have come across other gaskets for the Power Torque engines, not sure if they';re cross-compatible or not though.
Carby looks like a plastic G4, cleaned it up, internals seem in good order. Air filter looked new, old owner possibly changed. Fuel lines have hardened up, though not addition damage. Not sure what spec fuel lines they use if I need to replace.. anyone know ?
I found a plastic cap of some sort rattling around in the fuel tank too. I think it may have come off the fuel cap, but was unable to attach it back on (probably tried to do it wrong).... Ideas ? (white circle cap in pics)
Another thing, those little spacers (not sure what they're called), that go between the blades, and the blade dish, I think they're used to help secure the blades to the dish, without them, the blades remain sloppy... can you buy them separately, or only with new blades ?
Here's some pics (not sure how to make them show larger in the post, other than as an attachment)
The white bit normally had foam in it and fits in the cap. It just prevents fuel sloshing up and straight out of the tank cap breather. As you have it in the first photo, put the cap down on it and then you should be able to click it in - that being said my Standard 2 one always stays on the tank when I take the cap off.
As for the blade spacers (usually yellow or green), technically you can (GA number BLH1416) - main problem is getting a shop to sell them to you. They will just want you to buy a bolt set at minimum or a full blade and bolt set. Most shops have 500 of the things in a workshop pack out the back (for their servicing) but won't sell 2 washers on their own.
Head gasket GA GSL722 or Victa EN72516A will fit fine.
As NormK pointed out, the carburettor is an LM, all PowerTorque engines should have been fitted with an LM carburettor.
As Tyler pointed out, the white plastic piece in the fuel tank is part of the fuel cap. Turn the cap upside down, place the plastic rim side down in the centre of the cap, and push gently to click it back in place.
The blade friction washer part number is CA09347A, however, in the brief searching I've done I can only find them as part of a replacement blade/bolt kit. The part number for this kit will differ based on the width of your mower and the length of blades required. In my opinion, the friction washers are a good component to have installed. They stop the blades rattling, and provide additional friction to prevent them from swinging too far off course.
Keep in mind that Victa is currently of the mindset that because the 2-strokes are no longer sold and are not a current line, all current service part numbers cover all PowerTorques, regardless of the age of the mower. So you can take the most recent PowerTorque engine and may require a replacement component, and the oldest PowerTorque engine and require the same component, and Victa will give you the same part/number for either mower.
BTW, Bruce has the wrong Victa P/No on these - EN72620B is actually the square steel blade disc washer.
All of the PowerTorque engines are 160cc, and as has been said, all have the LM carby. The G4 was actually phased out some six years before the PowerTorque engine came on the scene.
The white plastic item is called a baffle, and as has been said, it's there to prevent fuel sloshing out, while allowing air in as the fuel level drops. It should just clip into the cap.
Cheers, Gadge

Thanks guys :), Ill give it a shot clipping it back into place. The foam bit Tyler mentioned, if that's true, do I need it ?

Excellent, glad to hear! The other part number I came across, I could only see a bundle with piston+rings+gasket, but if other gaskets fits, I'll go that route

Thanks bigted, I'll check it out
Anyone know what plastic material the carbies are made out of ?
