By the way Converse, that Victa Tornado trimmer has a base engine (I believe) the same as the sanli, yardforce, gardenline and other trimmers. Quite a good engine. Be careful of the starter - they are renowned for breaking if you dont 'pull slowly until you feel resistance' to latch the starter pawls together. And it is one of few trimmers I have seen with snapped flex shafts - and the guy hadn't been clearing a jungle with the thing.
If its been sitting a few years, you may have to deal with a carby rebuild quite different to the LM.
MF, with that speed feed they have even less excuse - you can replace the bumper for $12 without buying an entire assembly
