Definately got the right size, I'm a little tight with storage space so the 14" is perfect the only reason I got the ride on was because we used to live on 2.5 acres in Brisbane and decided to keep the rancher when we moved down south to the family holiday house. We still use the rancher because we also own the house next door, even when I was in Brisbane the two blocks were cut with a John Deere L110 which still sits in the garage all covered up and makes an appearance every now and then but I prefer the rancher cause it's a little smaller and easier to use. I will be using the Scotty on one block in the back yard only as the rest of the grass will be done with the ride on as the front yard is more off road mowing, the Scotty will probably cut around 100m2 of manicured lawn so the 14" should give me more stripes.
