AVB, don't go out and get the Predator just so you can check it. The Predator must be made for some mower and as far as I have come across out here they are all Briggs pattern except for the Victa Powertorque which is a similar PCD but different spacing. What Victa did was many of their bases were drilled both patterns so they could fit the Briggs or the PT depending on what they were building at the time
I would be very surprised if the 09P being Briggs was not the standard Briggs bolt pattern, this Predator seems the odd ball one.
