Hi Paul
The centre bolt on the landroll clutch should just enable the sprocket to
spin easily using finger touch (a bit like adjusting drum brakes).

Usually, you tighten the nyloch nut until the plates grab, then back off
a half a turn or so.

You then adjust the feel of the hand trigger via the secondary adjustment
of the clutch cable.
