hi all,my rover 45 smoked up the other day and stopped rolling by itself, I took off the chain case and found the land roll clutch cork burnt and in pieces.

Ok so the first picture is the cog i took off




the second picture has whats left of the cork is circled in blue

Now what I really need help with it is when I buy the new cork, do I glue it, what type glue do I use and where do I glue it, do I glue it to where I pointed the arrow at in the second picture ?
