Maybe I've got my terms wrong the clutch lever I referred to is the same as your engine brake. The actual lever I'm referring to is a throttle control which can be seen in Maxwestern's 3rd photo, it's the second post in this thread. I've got a catcher and it's got reasonable compression. Are you saying I won't need the throttle control lever because if the governor is working properly the speed will take car of itself?
