If you run the Lister even semi regularly, why don't you just throw a separate 100Amp alternator on it to charge your battery bank? It would hardly notice the additional load and would probably use less fuel running for an hour than a Victa 2 stroke running for several hours even if you started it up just to do the charging anyway.
