Hope this is helpful, my engine is running a KLG FE50 plug. I reckon you could use a CJ8 spark plug. I have some pics of the throttle rod to load after dinner and a note on the points view in the last pic it needs to be rotated for a correct view but in the manual it is shown this way for clarity.

With the air filter judging by the fact that there are 2 short clips fitted to attach the filter you would be looking for one of the smaller round plastic filters for it. If you find one of the larger metal filters just remove the inner clip to fit it.
