I'll have a look at the points set-up today after I catch up with owner to see he has to say and if he found the air cleaner assembly.
How lucky to find these just now on eBay with photos. One is an almost complete mower with exact engine number of 477X for $75 and the other is the 7F manual with photo showing the air cleaner and its part numbers. Having a further look, there are several incomplete mowers and manuals on their site.

Hopefully he will find the missing wheel as well, but they aren't in good condition and will need replacing.
