Ahh ok, so maybe just a typo, or some are just very rare. The base on your first picture has some differences to my base and the one in the second picture, it doesn't have the circle next to Victa, and it has a rectangle shape under the engine on the base, both are like it on the steel Viceroy base too. Maybe there is a rare steel Ambassador.
