Thank you for that report, Peter. To make this thread even more useful to others in future, would you mind attaching the parts list Cox sent you? To do that, just select "Switch to Full Reply Screen" in the row of boxes at the bottom of the posting window, then select "File Manager" below the full reply window. Then select "Browse", and navigate to where you have saved the Cox parts list on your own hard drive. Select "Open", then "Add File", to add the file to your post. Then select "Done Adding Files", complete your post, and submit it.
