Where do these gaskets go??

They call them Victa 18 Post Gaskets.

If I get three sets of these.....

will that cover pretty much everything I want for the restore (gasket wise that is)??

I guess I could always wait to purchase them once I have got some kind of an idea what I'm doing but it seems like a reasonable deal.
