What you have there is 1974-1978 V206 VC-Mustang (Mark II)- G4 No Primer.They didn't have any primer at all.The carby face is facing inside toward the base,so even if it had a primer on the face of the carby you would never be able to reach it.If it is turned and running correctly it still won't be hard to start.It really doesn't need a primer.The Mark III had a remote primer,again due to the carby facing inwards.Check my post on the VC-Mustang Identifying here
