Apart from the mount (the diagram I have is does not show the brass nut type) that's a match, I'll scan up the diagram and throw it up here too.
Hopefully i can find some info regarding it's use, I'm guessing either rural customers or outboards, but then again, I don't know if Victa was in the outboard game as far back as the brass nut times.
I'll keep you up to speed with my research results!!!
