I picked up an H26 for a bloke 6 months ago and that had a 10.5hp flathead motor on it. I got it started once and just said to the bloke, good luck starting it. I do have the parts here to convert that one to electric start but he didn't want to pay the money for me to do it. Just waiting to see if he comes back this season wanting me to convert it. They are pigs to start
