The maker's plate goes to your mowers provenance.
Another one is saved.
All of the 45 Craftsmans seem to have just one model number: - 450810
I guess SM adopted the 'pram handles' to save a few dollars,
but that design concept was favoured by SB on earlier machines.
Ideal for straight, open areas, those handles were perfect for
maintaining straight rolls of turf [e.g. tennis and bowling lawns]
