My late nan had a mower branded as a Pace Premier 160 with that base in hammered blue and matching blue catcher shaped like the one you first put with the white Corvette top, with raised Pace lettering on the side. It had the same engine top shape as the Corvette in white too. It had the smaller solid rubber wheels (like the VC-125) with orange covers. Wish I took her up on her offer to let me have it as it was very well kept.

Is that Hi Power cover the same shade of orange as the tatty Corsair one? Those would be good to do a label transfer and get that mower back to good original patina condition. Interesting to see Sunbeam style hubcaps with the circle of bumps on them.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
