The consul 2 is sitting on an 83 utility deck. I believe the motor is off a 63-64 Consul 2 model 511 V18 or 64-65 Consul 2 model 521 V23. Serial number is 25 63 80 97. So I'm guessing 1963 build or 66. Unless it's a completely different engine with a consul 2 parts put on it as a bit's and pieces mower. Which the deck definitely show that its had changes made. But it runs, and I love puzzles.....
