Thanks to everyone with their input in fixing this 2006 White ride-on, I looked at everything that was suggested. I tweaked this and that and put a longer bolt in top pulley which lowered the pulley by 10mm adjusted the engaging idler pulley bracket. It seems to work ok now. customer is happy cheers Mike
