Also check for sloppiest of the pivot points of the idler swing assembly plus that they have the right idler pulleys on it. Another thought make the belt retainer pins are in the right place in reference to the belt when the belt is engaged. I have seen the belt on the wrong side of the pins on customer installed belts.
I don't see many of this design in the shop so my experience is limited.
