The 1969 model 2 stroke Victa Cortina doesn't have a discharge cover on the side or an edger cover on the opposite side to the side discharge cover but I have never seen a 1969 Victa cortina 4 stroke mower so I would be looking under the mower base to see if someone has cut a larger hole in the centre of the base to allow the fitment of the 4 stroke motor.
I've had a few seventies Victa 2 stroke mowers that have had the centre removed allowing the fitment of a 4 stroke .
None of the parts books or sales brochures mention a 1969 model 4 stroke Cortina ,unless anyone else can find some documentation saying otherwise .
