Not a bad F61 you have there , from what I have seen the F61 doesn't have the Turner casting on the front of the base, the F62 has the Turner casting, it's easy for people to mix them up and go by wrong newspaper ads ,always a few anomalies in newspapers .
I don't think the starter with the Aus map is a Victa starter ,I have one or two of the same starters on 4BIM Turner mowers.
Below is an example of the new F61 in 1961 and it's missing the Turner Name on the front of the deck.
The image below (F61) doesn't clearly show it the starter has the map stamping.
