Yes, I can see the half stamped 7 making the mower a 1976 model .
The blue dab of paint on the crankcase would indicate the base has had a respray or touch up IMO.
Obviously missing the Premier sticker on the front of the cowl .
Carby and air cleaner look ok for this model ,I have ended up with a few Prem Blues ,one has incorrect starter cowl.
Just another thing I've noticed the wheels are incorrect on this mower above and should have the Pace hub caps.
