Looks like a soft punched 7 there wce
Don't know where you find these as I rarely find anything decent on gumtree
Carby set up looks about right - the early g4's had no primer, but you can make a remote one easily enough from an old lm cap with perished primer bulb
Also curious about the paint daub on the crankcase
looks like someone has done some work - the kill wire wouldn't be attached to the head bolt, and the kill wire boot is missing
bloody good nick though
