Sapper - I am quite sure the 19in ones are exactly the same as the 18 inch ones - just the 19in blades are a bit longer
I think MF has a old alloy deck with the 4 blade mulcher disc fitted - red alloy deck with PT he posted recently
The engine on the alloy deck is exactly the same as steel, so no reason why it shouldn't
May have to change the boss though - the later ones have 'wings'
Also, the old ones won't fit a mulching block as stock - you would need to add one of the ramps the later 18inch decks have on the right side
