While on the hunt for a 19" deck for the Tornado, I was speaking to a guy in Richmond and he told me that there were 18" mulching discs for the Victas as well. This got me thinking of whether anyone had retrofitted a Victa 18" mulching disc to an old Victa mower, and whether it was a possibility, especially when thinking about the dearth of thumblatch catchers.
So, have any of you guys come across these Victa 18" mulching discs? If so, would you know whether they can be fitted to the old 18" Victa decks? Might be a good way to get a cheap mulch and catch mower with my old horse here.
