BTW, Bruce has the wrong Victa P/No on these - EN72620B is actually the square steel blade disc washer.

All of the PowerTorque engines are 160cc, and as has been said, all have the LM carby. The G4 was actually phased out some six years before the PowerTorque engine came on the scene.

The white plastic item is called a baffle, and as has been said, it's there to prevent fuel sloshing out, while allowing air in as the fuel level drops. It should just clip into the cap.
